We had Lukas out two different times. Each time he was polite, and very effecient. The second time he came he knew within a minute after I told him what was wrong. The first time also, was for something different and he fixed it quickly. I would recommend him 100 percent.

Of course my brand new oven breaks down less then a month before Thanksgiving! The actual oven heating element exploded and obviously was very stressful trying to figure out what to do. My warranty said these amazing folks were the ones who would assist in my area. Could not have been happier with their service, they were very fast and pleasant. Communication was amazing and I have my oven for Thanksgiving next week. Special shout out to Joe our repair tech! Highly recommended repair service

Just a great experience with Twin Cities Appliance. I love the text feature so you know when your technician will arrive. My dryer was not working correctly, and my technician made sure I also addressed the dryer vent possibly being plugged up. Also I did not receive tons of emails and text messages asking me to review their service, which I found to be a breath of fresh air!! Thank you, and will definitely use this company again.

Can't say enough about Twin City Appliance and their professionalism, their technician knew exactly what he was doing! Fix the issue, took two service calls but Parts had to be ordered not his problem. Shut up on time. They're communication was excellent

Although I had some issues with both my initial and subsequent visits, my appliance is now fully functional and the team at TCA worked hard to ensure my concerns were addressed and I was “made whole”. I appreciate Angie and her responsiveness!

I had an appointment on 9/13/23 ( this past Wednesday). My refrigerator is just less than 2-years old and the ice maker stop working so I reach out to the manufacturer ( Maytag ) to see if the warranty covers the part or labor. The manufacturer told me that warrant is only for one years. So when I asked the repair man to give me an estimate, he told me over $900 + trip charge which $139. My refrigerator cost little over $1,300. I told the repair man that I would rather buy a bread new refrigerator than pay you guys over $ 1000 just to fix ice maker. The repair man charged me $139 for the trip charge & left. I will never ever hire Twincity appliance repair for any job.

Prompt service. Reasonable price. Had to have more than one visit and when there was a problem it was dealt with thoroughly and helpfully. I recommend Twin Cities Appliance.

The employees at Twin Cities Appliance are friendly, flexible, knowledgeable, and courteous. It is pleasant and easy to do business with them. Great customer service. Very refreshing!
